Setting the mood in your space will set the mood in your mind. Candle light invites calmness - one with a fragrance is an added bonus.

Take time out of your day to reset.

Any type of warm beverage can soothe a stressful day - curl up with a cup of chamomile or jasmine tea and slip away.

Romance, mystery or thriller - find a quiet spot and get lost in your favorite story.

What makes you happy? Take this time to reflect, renew, and restore.

be active

30 minutes of exercise a day is all it takes - visit your fav yoga class, go for a walk, or do some stretches to get the kinks out.

What you put out - you get back. Show love to a stranger with a smile.
